Johnson & Johnson company).  She was responsible for launching the first
PALMAZ-SCHATZ® balloon-expandable Stent in the United States, and building a
market now estimated to be $6 billion.  Ms. Scheller also served in key
executive positions at Dade Behring, a clinical diagnostics firm.  A degreed
biomedical engineer, her education includes studies and executive business
programs at: Duke, Harvard, MIT Columbia, and Kellogg School of Management at
Northwestern University.
